The staff was kind and helpful even with the construction going on. They were accommodating, especially since the FIFA 2026 fans ascended upon the hotel. It was a madhouse but they remained cool, calm and professional through it all! I definitely will stay here again when visiting Philly again!

Staff was nice but there was so much noise above us the entire time that we didn’t sleep during our stay. Valet isn’t patient with drop offs and pick ups in their zone (not lingering) and that’s unfortunate you’re paying so much in parking. Furniture being pushed around and guests children screaming in the halls. I typically visit for business and do frequent the restaurant and coffee bar. The WiFi is consistent and the food is great as well. I was here during spring break and came with my child; however, I’ve never seen the hotel like this during spring break and was shocked by the parents that let their children act as if it was Disney. I struggled to avoid noise this time because parents weren’t mindful of their own children and how they behave in a business establishment. This wasn’t typical. I’d gladly stay here again and give spring break another chance
