I stayed for Dave Day, June 26. The hotel could not have been more busy! But the staff had permanent smiles with a very helpful attitude. Inspite of probably being asked the same questions 100 times. Wish there was an extra star for them. A credit to the management.

A lovely new hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious with a nice comfy sofa as well as a bed. Everything you needed for an overnight stay. Very comfy bed with a good selection of pillows. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, a good variety of options for other meals and a bar open til late. Great location for Barrow or the Lakes in general. Reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend!

不满意：服务设施
There is limited on-site parking available, and it was full during our visit. The staff asked us to park in a public parking lot located opposite the hotel. This parking area feels somewhat isolated and does not appear secure. It was also not mentioned that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The breakfast options were quite limited and did not compare favorably to those at Hilton hotels. Additionally, the rooms are very basic and do not include a refrigerator.
