“The minute you walked into the lobby we were hit with this overwhelming smell of mildew, vomit and smoke. The whole first floor smelled this way for the three days we were there. The rooms were average, staff were more concerned about socializing with each other . ”

“I wasn't expecting the royal treatment but what I got was sub-par. I went up to the front desk where there were 3 people behind the desk helping one person. I said excuse jme a couple of times and no one acknowledged me. ”

“There is no self parking- only valet. That is a big no for me. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. It’s ok for a very short stay.”

“Originally I booked my room through Expedia and it mentioned nothing about an “old part” versus the “renovated part” when booking a room. I got to the Cordova and checked into my room (thankfully they let me do an early check in, so nice of them) however upon entering my “old” room there was a dehumidifier with an air freshener sticking through the vent, when taking a closer look the vents were covered in black mold. Walking into the room it smelled very musty and was very warm. I asked to view……
