This hotel was very nice and satisfied all our needs. The pool was beautiful however the weather was chilly so really didn’t get to use it. No hot tub. The rooftop restaurant was yummy. My only gripe is the walls seem thin since was awoken multiple times by noisy guests by the elevator. Should have a noise curfew. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

As part of Marriot family AC Hotel lack of customer service/care is not a hotel that i recommended if you have pets, not only that…First i was put in a room/cave when you open the window i had half wall with some plants, the room was on 6th floor facing the “courtyard” no privacy, no sun light, w ppl walking by on their way to the pool, definitely not very pleasant. I have 2 service dogs, registered/trained(meaning they have cards, and letters to prove), and even with that, the hotel wanted to charge extras pet fees; when I called and spoke to the office manager she was short, literally like you’re not happy? Im happy to check you out!!!!!! YES, AWFUL! When on the phone I wasn’t rude, my voice tone was still nice/polite, so the call was not escalated to bad argument, I was only asking why pet fees, bcuz it’s ilegal to charge service dogs. Next day I tried to talk to the manager Ben, and in a similar conversation, also asking me to prove what kind of service my dogs provide, forcing me to talk about my situation in front of other guests, just pure embarrassment, feeling discriminated, it was very uncomfortable. The story was worse, but thats the summary of my stay… Ps. I had to checkout a day earlier

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, but not worth the price of nearly $400, PLUS 40 valet parking. It is similar to a micro-hotel. For that money I could have stayed at The Vinoy which has ambiance and then some. I used it for convenience for 1 night to be close to an event. The roof top bar was ridiculously loud, playing EDM I think, so despite it being a gorgeous night to be outside we had to sit inside. At 10:45-ish the few tables inside were TOLD we had to vacate so they could mop the floors. UNHEARD OF in the hospitality - or should I say UN-hospitality business. St. Petersburg has an incredible downtown night life of restaurant and Bars, but enjoying it comes at a steep price. We paid Miami prices. Ridiculous.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for being close to anything downtown. We parked and walked everywhere the entire weekend we were there. The staff was great and very helpful with dining suggestions. The pool was so much fun - awesome atmosphere and very clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future - St. Pete is gorgeous!

First off there was nothing I didn't like. Excellent service,hospitality,safe,great location. There were places to eat where you could walk to. The hotel was very clean I saw the cleaning staff working they are very good and did a great job our room was so clean never saw a hotel room that clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Greatest experience ever. When i go back to St Petersburg i will definitely stay her. From 1 to 10 we give it a 12.
