"This was a great place for our group to stay while in Austin for my daughters wedding. Lots of space and very convenient to the wedding venue (Springdale Station). There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, and several beds missing top sheet. Plenty of towels provided but hardly any wash cloths. Owner was great answering questions and always responded quickly. "

"This trip was the best Austin get away. The property manager was very nice and quick to respond to any of my questions. The Firefly Tent was amazing! Very clean and had an A/C unit and two fans. We also loved the colorful lights that reflected to the top of the tent. Another plus was the dock! All guests can hang out on the dock free of charge with the option to use paddle boards, jet skis, or even rent a boat for a small fee. We had the best time and we are already planning our next stay!"

"Let me start off with saying that we were looking for a place to stay that was relatively close to Zilker park for Austin City Limits that was also affordable and this was the best option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were not very great (I had slept on one of the spring ones on Friday night and had really awful back pain on Saturday that affected my ability to enjoy the festival) and another friend who slept on another mattress also shared that she did not sleep...
