Beidha Tours

The check in staff couldn't have been more uninterested and unhelpful if they tried. No explanation about the hotel amenities or what was going on. They barely spoke English. There was a band playing outside VERY loudly until midnight which meant no sleep until they had finished. A heads-up about that would have been useful at check in.

I expected a bit more courtesy for a repeat customer that stayed in the hotel 3 times within a month's time more or less. I was in Amman to attend a funeral and leave early in the morning next day. I arrived early and asked if I could go to the breakfast area to have a coffee and something to eat, but they directed me to the lounge cafe staff who were very unhelpful and told me to scan a QR code on the table for the menu which I could not find! The next day I left even before the breakfast service started.
