The check in process was seamless and the host was generous enough to let us come 3 hours early prior to the scheduled 4 PM check in time as our flight arrived early and we have nowhere to put our bags. "We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night!
