"We arrived and were asked if we could stomach a room without a TV which would be ready for us, otherwise we would have to wait. We're phone addicted gremlins so that was fine with us. After the switch, we discovered the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was a nogo because of my girlfriend's asthma. Luckily, we had a great guy working the counter and he was able to revert us to the previous room. Thank you very much front desk guy with glasses I can't remember the name of! He had even dealt with a cranky boomer right before us so him being understanding and polite was very professional and patient of him. Avoid room 119 for now if you don't like smoking! 😱"
