“My room is very small but it was a good lake view. However, my friends is not as lucky as us, their room has no view at all. The toilet is not clean and has a strange smell which made us not comfortable. The reception is close after 7:30pm and there is no alternate way to check in the room if you get delayed! The receptionist is not helpful and impolite. She is reluctant to answer questions.”

“Great, quite place. Peaceful. Great breakfast...that is the only meal served at the restaurant in. Very good. Great coffee. Great view!!! However... very difficult to get to from the ferry. Still unclear about taxis. It is not a hotel in the sence that someone is ways at the desk so plan/communicate ahead of time. It is a walk up steep stone stairs to the ferry/shopping area. Thankfully the hotel host found a taxi to get us back to the ferry!!! I would return.”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“酒店风景非常美，客房也很新很不错，早餐品种丰富。唯一的麻烦就是开车过来的交通，节假日车多吗路窄，需要耐心开”

“paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed”

“Hostess do her best to make us free of trouble . She gave us clear and in time direction about how to get the key , how to parking. Great breakfast and nice service. ”

“Great location. Clean property.”

“The location is unbeatable—right at the bottom of Bellagio’s famous staircase. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the live music. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived. A few things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning. During the record-breaking heat wave it was brutal. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air, which also let in flies, spiders, and other bugs. This may not be an issue during cooler months, but it’s worth……
