“Great place. Clean small great value ”

“We rented this property due to its close proximity to The Ark. It is within easy walking distance to all downtown shops, etc. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. We would gladly stay there again.”

“Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital ”

“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. The condensation from the A\C unit produces a dripping sound that was at first alarming at 3:00 AM as we thought there was a leak. There was often the smell……

“CAN'T BE ANY BETTER.”

“The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. Also, there was quite a bit street noise……

“We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator……
