“Price point was reasonable, but the hotel needs major updates. Our rooms furnace/AC did not work, which was inconvenient on a summer day. Shower in our room was hard to get past like warm, and furniture/bedding looked like it hasn’t been changed since the hotel opened (which I assume was a long time ago). The pool area was well kept, but things are needing of updating. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.”

“I didn't get to stay during this work weekend, due to my boss had a family medical emergency! I paid ahead for two rooms plus the insurance and didn't know until the last minute we were not going to Ann Arbor for this trip. I cancelled thru Expedia, I cancelled thru Spark. But no one would reimburse my Bosses credit card. I shouldn't have to go thru the insurance company to get my money back. We didn't stay, the rooms were open for someone else to stay in, they still could've been filled……

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wi-Fi and breakfast were included, and the hotel offered great value for the price. Everything was almost perfect except for the desk chair. The wheeled chair was uncomfortable and made it difficult for me to work. I would suggest providing traditional four-legged chairs, as they are more durable, stable, and cost-effective. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel is VERY dirty... poorly managed lifeguards play on their personal phone more than they do their job. They have SERIOUS ELECTRICAL ISSUES.... only half the water park worked and not the part with the main attraction , the only thing working was the lazy river and the kids ankle deep water.
