“I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards……

“The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.”

“This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.”

“Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several……

“Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.”

“I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from both the beach and the souk market, and having a 24-hour gym was a big plus. The staff were amazing throughout my stay—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The only downsides were that water tended to spread across the bathroom floor after showering, and the lighting in the room could be improved. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
