Location, Location, Location. This home is located 2 blocks from the Deschutes River, 1/2 mile from downtown bend, and 2 blocks from the neighborhood pub. You can enjoy a walk along the trail all year round. During the summer you can go down for a swim kayak and paddleboard. The home can sleep 6 on beds and have room for a packnplay for the little one. The back patio is perfect to enjoy a cold beverage after exploring the river and all that Bend has to offer.
