All food at the casino was excellent and affordable. There was a few issues at the casino that i feel staff was poorly trained on with no communication. Although all staff and management was very polite and helpful resolving issues

Orleans casino & hotel resorts has excellent facilities, lots of parking, dining options in-house, live band at the Lounge was great and security is visible . Registration staff was very accommodating (Brittany) . However , resort fee is about $46 daily per room ! Otherwise our stay for 3 nights was great !!!
