“Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage……

“Clean room, friendly staff, great location in the old town, lovely views from rooftop pool. Only negative the pool bar had been closed for refurbishment, the sign said it would be open from 7th July. We were there 10th - 14th and it wasn’t open.”

“Easy check in and check out services, we checked in after 8pm and quickly sorted by ringing the number. Room was clean and just what we needed for a few days away.”

“Hotel excelente, con un personal tremendamente atento y agradable siempre, y a destacar el buffet del comedor que es variado, con una calidad excelente y con un sabor y presentación muy difícil de superar por cualquier por otro hotel vacacional. La limpieza en todos los ámbitos es superior y no se escatima en nada. Ni en la comida, ni en amenities, ni en detalles… Hotel para repetir todos los años.”

“La réceptionniste été vraiment impolie pas tous mais particulièrement une d origine indienne elle ne sais vraiment pas parler au gens et m a vraiment mal traitée. La direction doit vraiment faire attention à ça car ca donne une mauvaise image de l établissement”

“Room was generally clean but leaking water from the toilet cistern had got under the flooring creating mould in floor joins which you wouldn’t notice unless you walked over it barefoot. Which I did, leaving dark cross hatching on my foot which then had to wash off after already having a shower. Flooring needs replacing and toilet needs fixing.”

“2nd year here. Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, modern with huge wrap around balcony. Good A/C. Views to the sea. Pool is lovely too. Best thing it’s always quiet- never full. Mobility scooter charge points x 3 at rear. Learned this year there is a free laundry room with 4 washing machines and a dryer. Took advantage of this and next year will only bring a tiny case. Only tiny improvement would be a few more umbrellas around pool would be great. Oh- great position and for older couple it’s……
