“This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match……

“I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .”

“Fab as always our October half term annual trip, unfortunately the end of season was a little earlier this year so we had to cut our trip a little shorter than usual. Big thank you to the kids club staff! 10/10 service by all staff members.”

“Jättebra läge med fantastisk utsikt över bukten och solnedgången. Nära till strand och restauranger och affärer. Hotellet känns gammalt och och har inte fått så mycket kärlek senaste åren. Hårda sängar och plastmöbler på balkongen. Men inget som skulle få oss att välja annat hotell. Fortfarande prisvärt!”

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium……

“Vacanza di coppia con la mia ragazza. Consigliatissimo, camere pulite e silenziose, terrazza ampia e coperta comoda per asciugare i costumi e asciugamani.bagno con doccia molto grande. Ristorante super consigliato mangiato la migliore paella e ottima sangria. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un paradiso ”

“Leuk hotelletje, prachtig plekje nabij Ibiza stad. Rustige omgeving wel hobbelige weg er naar toe maar dat is niet een reden om niet te boeken. Wel aanbeveling met auto, uiteraard een taxi kan ook maar het is dan wel afgelegen en ben je afhankelijk van een taxi. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en zie je op het krijtbord staan. Er wordt een pannenkoek voor je gebakken of een eitje wanneer je hier zin in hebt. Vers fruit en broodjes aanwezig. Voor ons was het prima. Ruime kamer wat……

“Petit déjeuner excellent avec terrasse extérieure agreable , jolie terrasse piscine bar et restaurant , hall d’entrée très agréable Bonne literie et Hôtel très bien placé Point négatif , l’insonorisation des chambres et quelques remontées d’égout et du lait hydratant dans les chambres aurait été apprécié”

“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem abgelegeneren Bungalow mit ca 3 weiteren Familien. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, komfortable Betten, ruhig, direkt am Meer. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren von dem Essen nicht durchgehend überzeugt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. ”
