“I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. The elevator was very loud from my room also. I……

“We got an upgrade upon check in, and the room was fantastic, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but lacked diversity. The location is central to everything you want to do in Manchester. Overall, a good stay.”

“Stayed as a bridesmaid and wedding guest in the hotel recently. The rooms were dated and we found mold on the shower ceiling tiles. The main building is kept in better condition but rooms could definitely use some TLC. Staff was super friendly though!”

“We stayed with my kids for one night, Property it’s very nice, a lot of activities. Breakfast is good. They give us house with 2 bedrooms it’s very old, need upgrades. Bed sheets are clean. But I don’t like the bathroom, shower is not clean, holes in the wall.”
