“Our family of four (two adults and children aged 7 and 11) thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Along with the items shared on the listing, the owner provided many thoughtful little extras (e.g. welcome notes on chalkboards, very well-stocked home, items for s’mores, games and art items, beach items etc). The house and location in a clearing in a more foresty area and backyard made my husband and I feel like we were on a writers retreat. “The cottage was so cute and clean and in a great location. We wanted to stay in a quiet, but convenient location. In addition, the cottage had everything we needed. Little things like having extra outlets to plug in, extra fuzzy throws for front room if you wanted, and games etc. The location was perfect. We went to Sagatuck one day, South Haven one day and St Joseph one day. We did eat at nice restaurants in all those places. To be honest- we really enjoyed the local little restaurants in……

“Stayed at this location for spouse's birthday with friends. Very close, literally across the street, from the casino if you're into that. Close enough to downtown to pop in and pop out during the day, or like if you waiting on a reservation. House is very nice and far removed from other properties. No concern about whether we were too loud. We comfortably fit 5 in the hot tub (and 3 of us are taller than 6ft). Everything in the house functioned as expected. Beautiful interior. “This house was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with friends. The house had an amazing backyard and it was in a great location close to downtown New Buffalo. The only thing was that the oven was dirty, so when we tried to make a frozen pizza the smoke alarm just kept going off. Overall a really great stay for the weekend.”
