Quality Inn Berea

"Upon arrival, our first floor room smelled musty & was warm. We turned on the AC & went to dinner, hoping the smell would dissipate. The smell was not any better when we came back, so we asked for another room. We had not utilized anything in the first room. We were moved to the 2nd floor, after pictures were taken of our first room & it was explained that once we accepted the next room, we could not change again. The 2nd floor hallway smelled musty, as well, but the room itself was fine. I accepted the room. In hindsight, I should have turned on the AC first to be sure it worked… thankfully, it did work. After this, our 3 night stay was fine. The young man at the front desk was courteous. The bed & pillows were super comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so no feedback there. Parking was good. Unsure if I would stay again, but chose it due to the most consistent ratings for the price."
