Tolles Apartment im Grünen
Dies ist ein tolles Apartment im Grünen. 2 grosse Schlafzimmer, Bad, Dusche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer kleinen Küche, eine riesige Dachterasse mit tollem Blick. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Sehr hilfsbereite Besitzerin.

Treetop hideaway
Fantastic location on a tree-lined street in southwest Berlin. Photos don’t do justice to the apartment. Close to Mexikoplatz S-Bahn station, cafes, restaurants, and Schlachtensee. We look forward to staying again!

Everything was great! Location, owner very helpful, having the lake in walking distance is super.
The apt is very comfortable and spacious, lots of light. Nice to have the deck to relax outside and enjoy the view of the trees. Overall very good choice!

Quiet and spacious, yet within easy reach of central Berlin
This was a quiet, spacious, airy and very clean apartment with everything as described. It was easy to get into central Berlin from the Mexikoplatz S bahn station on the S1 line only a couple of minutes walk away, yet there was no train noise at all in the apartment. There are several restaurants at Mexikoplatz and a large REWE supermarket a short walk or one stop away on the train (Schlachtensee). The owners were very helpful and friendly, even emailing us information about train connections from the airport to the apartment before we arrived. Their excellent English meant that our lack of German didn't cause any problems. We stayed with our 2 children (ages 6 and 4). For younger children, the apartment has a cot, high chair, children's plastic plates, cups and cutlery. If you are bringing a pushchair or pram, be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift. No issues with wifi speed. Thank you for a lovely stay in Berlin!

Sehr schöne Umgebung
hallo, genau hier wollte ich unterkommen...am schönen Mexikoplatz ganz in der Nähe von Schlachtensee, Krumme Lanke, Wannsee, wo ich fast 25 Jahre gewohnt hatte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk, 3te Etage. Blick in einen urwüchsigen schönen Garten mit alten Baumbestand. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön aufgeteilt, ein Balkon zur Südseite mit großem Schirm, Stühle, Tisch. Große Fenster, kleine Küchezeile mit allem was macht braucht. Eine Coach und ein Fernseher sind vorhanden . Schlafzimmer sehr gut, gutes Bett und Matratzen. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht. Die Badewanne ist ein wenig hoch für den Einstieg zum Duschen...für meinen Mann (87) schon etwas schwer gewesen, dort einzusteigen, aber machbar. Ist ja auch keine für hochbetagte ausgeschriebene Ferienwohnung. Thema Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung ist soweit geputzt gewesen....aber nur oberflächlich. In den Ecken speziell war es staubig , tote Wespen und Fliegen , Staubflocken. Die Terrasse könnte auch eine Reinigung vertragen, die Glasflächen der Balkonbrüstung sind schmutzig und grün vom Moos. Das Treppenhaus im Eingangsbereich allerdings muß ich sagen ist verdreckt. !!! Da wird überhaupt nicht geputzt, obwohl mehrere Parteien im Haus wohnen. Keine Ahnung warum das so ist. Fazit: sehr schöne Gegend , ruhig , schöne Wohnung, bei mehr Sauberkeit beste Voraussetzungen für einen tollen Berlinaufenthalt.

Alles passt
Die kleine Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet; sie entspricht voll den Bildern. Gerne saßen wir auf der Dachterrasse und haben den Blick ins Grüne genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Als Senioren haben wir die fußläufige Nähe zum Mexikoplatz mit seinen Bäckereien, Restaurants und der S-Bahn wertgeschätzt. Ein kleiner Tipp für regionale Küche: die "Derby-Klause" mit ihrem Biergarten ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung im Berliner Villenviertel - sehr geeignet für Besuch mit Kleinkindern!
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Südwesten Berlins. Viel Platz für die gesamte Familie. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation! Parkplätze direkt an der Straße im Villenviertel. S-Bahn Station ca 3 Gehminuten. Gerne Wieder!

Angenehm Wohnen in Zehlendorf
Geräumige Dachwohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen. Auch ausreichend Handtücher, Handtuchhaken und sogar ein Radio vorhanden (als winziges zu verbessern: Sonemschutz). Gute und ruhige Lahe, S-Bahn in 5 Minuten Fußweg, Eisdiele Bä ker, Café und 2 ital. Restaurants ebenso.

wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Prima für Familie mit 3 Kindern
Die Wohnung war sehr praktisch für eine 5-köpfige Familie ohne Auto. Wir fanden die Lage ruhig und auch sehr gut für unsere Ausflüge nach Berlin Mitte, Oranienburg und Potsdam. Es gab genug Platz für 5 Personen und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung war auch angemessen. Bäcker, Läden, eine Eisdiele und nette Restaurants waren gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die S-Bahnstation war in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die U-Bahn in 12 Minuten. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch vor unserer Ankunft wurden Fragen sehr schnell und gut beantwortet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ruhig sonnig und praktisch
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und ruhig und sehr gut für unsere langen Fahrradtouren. Das Appartement ist relativ neu und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist niedrig und mit einem runden Vorhang, der ein wenig gestört hat. Die Terrasse ist sonnig und groß. Für die Balkonstühle fehlten Polster. Insgesamt eine funktionale Unterkunft

Immer wieder gern ! Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen.
Großzügige Räume, schöne Terrasse. An Inventar hat nichts gefehlt. Super ,dass ein Bad mit Wanne/ Dusche sowie zwei Waschbecken und ein weiterer Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken vorhanden waren. Nette Gastgeberin, welche uns u.a. Tipps für Einkausmöglichkeiten, S-Bahnstationen und Ausflüge gab.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin-Zehlendorf
In einer/m sehr schönen Umgebung/Wohngegend haben wir drei heiße Tage in Berlin verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die etwas kleine Dusche, aber das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
