Hotel is very well located and rooms are well remodeled and up to date. Exercise room is adequate with several machines. 2 treadmills plus bikes. Hotel has pool and suana which were closed on my visit which was disappointing but hotel had made arrangements with a near-by hotel and this was very good. Only issue I had. Didn't want to eat in room so went to lobby bar. My food choice was not on the menu and they would not let me order from the room service menu nor would they let me have my room service order delivered to the bar rather than my room. Stupid. So, I did not eat at the hotel.

It is fantastic that the hotels location was convenient for you and that you felt comfortable in our well-appointed rooms. Furthermore, I am pleased to learn that you appreciated our FitnessLounge with the wonderful view to the Memorial Church.
At the same time, I regret very much that you were affected by the closing of our spa and wellness area due to maintenance works.
Moreover, I understand your disappointment in regards to your experience in our PianoLounge and I am shocked that this could happen. In order to preserve the atmosphere in our à-la-carte restaurant Berliner Stube, it is not possible to serve room service orders in the restaurant. In our PianoLounge and our Bistro Destille, this is certainly possible. Obviously, not every member of our staff is familiar with this procedure. I have already shared your experiences with our F&B Manager. He will take your experience as an occasion to train the entire service team on this issue as well as on a sensitive and adequate handling of requests of our guests.
I hereby do apologize sincerely for the disappointment caused and hope that you will be back in the future as we desire to revise your first impression. In the meantime, I wish you and your family all the best.
