This was our first time staying at this property. We were completely blown away. Our room was spacious, cozy and had an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a very nice touch in the morning. Good food! We will be staying here again!

Best hotel ever! Gorgeous property. First-class from check in, to happy hour, to dinner, to rooms, to linens, to personnel and staff! Awesome experience all the way around! Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. However need more staff in bar area. One night the service was terrible. Nobody checked on our table to see if we needed drinks or a menu and when we ordered it took over 30 minutes to get the drink or food. Other guests were complaining also. Really enjoyed the Black Bear shuttle though. It was always readily available to take us where we needed to go and/or pick us up. I want to give three shouts to Jeremy. He was very hospitable the first night we were there and therefore we would seek him out when we were in the lobby. He was entertaining and helpful every time. Overall enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great location, Resort, amenities, excellent service and great restaurant chef!!!!!

I had a studio suite with a kitchenette and a Murphy bed. It was big enough and well furnished. Toilet paper needs an upgrade--bring your own TP. Welcome hot tub in pool area.
