“Great host,fast on replying to messages!!,home was clean and in a great area!!”

“Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light. When I removed it to leave found a bug under it from coming from the hallway. BEFORE getting in my car, turned everything out,……

“Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this……

It was so quiet and peaceful, I could have stayed several more days. I was surprised too how many things there were to see and do in the surrounding towns. “Our stay at was terrible. Our room had a horrible smell and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were used sheets on the foldout bed that we planned to use for our son. I went to ask for clean sheets, a blanket and extra pillow for him. They were only able to give us a new blanket. The hotel was full but it seems like clean sheets should be the minimum. We booked for 2 nights but ended up checking out a day early because the smell was bothering my husband's asthma. We ended up……
