"A great, short stay in this very spacious and convenient apartment on our way back to Cherbourg. Everything was as described online. Great location, 2 mins walk away from lovely restaurant and stunning beach. Beds super comfortable. Only downside was lack of towels."

Très calme et assez particulier mais vraiment agréable pour qui se sent capable de passer sur les quelques détails un peu vieillisants . Mais l'accueil a été très sympa et efficace avec une très grande liberté. Séjour particulièrement reposant . Le lieu est hors des zones touristiques mais la région est magnifique. Les commerçants assez proches. Nous nous avons beaucoup aimé ..."

"As a group of 4 adults, we stayed in the property for 4 nights - used it as a base to visit the many sites and museums dedicated to WW2. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The only downsides were the lack of wardrobe hanging space and the need to take extra care on the steep, twisting staircase. Hopefully we will return. Thank you."

"I have stayed at several houses in France over the last 10 years, ‘The Augmar ‘ is by far the nicest.. Situated in a most beautiful place, the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay, nicely furnished to a very high standard, just a short drive from Cherbourg which was so convenient, in fact my journey from my home to the house was just 1.5 hours driving, not including the very pleasant 4 hour crossing with Brittany Ferries.
