Staff was excellent!! The breakfast offered was good, hot and well attended too. Plenty of seating. The view from our room of the mountains was exceptional. The room was very clean but definitely dated but looked recently painted. Secondary Curtains were in bad shape, torn and dragging. We changed rooms right off due to a plugged sink that wasn't draining correctly. They were quick to assign us a different room with no hassle. TV didn't work. And no Kleenex tissue was in the room. Price was great!! We noted that a repairman was in the old room with sink problems immediately!! So they're on top of making things right!!

The hotel is being completely remodeled so our room was not yet done. However, it was clean and a nice location. Staff was great.

The casual but well thought out setting of the site is what we loved. So much closer to nature than a hotel. The team were super friendly. We had a lovely walk down to the canyon at the foot of the site. Free coffee in the morning and free smores in the evening was a lovely idea! Loved the camp fire setting to gather around at night too. We would highly recommend!
