My third party app messed up my reservation and the staff here went above and beyond to help us correct it. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the bathroom door didn't close all the way. I do prefer shampoo provided in the shower instead of the little bottles that are too small to use anyway. Breakfast was the same every day - eggs, sausage, waffles, two kinds of cereal. Basic, but enough. Love the paper bowls instead of Styrofoam. All in all a decent place to stay.

Someone elses underwear were left in the room. I immediately walked back to the lobby to inform the front desk. I received no assistance to remove the dirty laundry. And was told the general manager would be notified in the morning. Not satisied with the service at all!

Our stay was wonderful ! We stopped for a one night stay after vacationing in Florida and everything went smooth. The continental breakfast was a plus to the employees and cleanliness of the facility. I would definitely book again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was reasonably good but gravy for the biscuits would have been nice. Fresh towels every day of our 6-day stay was nice! TV programming was limited, couldn't get closed captioning and the reception/sharpness was less than optimal. It was a good value.

The one thing that i did not like is the bathroom floor was sweaty and the toilet leaked. I almost fall several times. I hurt my hand and when I talk to the front desk staff they never offered a discount for the inconvenience nor the hurt to my hand. The property was well kept but my bed never got changed and i was their appropriately five days.
