Check in was easy, there was a bar for drinks in the evening, breakfast was good, and the free shuttle took just a couple minutes to get to the terminal. Being essentially on-airport, there is some airport noise (planes and trucks beeping) but it was acceptable. I would stay again." We had done this but was a warm evening so made little difference (and was very noisy!). No real sympathy/recognition from reception that we were a family of 4 with the 2 children really struggling. Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement." Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."
