This place only cares about money; they have no humanity. As soon as I booked, I realized I'd booked at the wrong address—I don't even go there. I contacted the hotel immediately, but they shirked responsibility, saying they didn't know and told me to contact Expedia. Then the third-party said the hotel was the recipient of the payment, so I contacted the hotel, but their manager wasn't there. I tried contacting them again, but they all refused to help. For three whole days, nobody cared; they just refused to refund me. So, in the end, I had to book another hotel. This hotel ended up costing me $896 that's not a small amount for an average person from different country. This was my first time traveling independently in the US, and it was a terrible accommodation experience. Why people are so cold there.

We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for that cabin experience with all the amenities. The cabin was so comfortable and spacious. The grounds are really fun to explore all the way out to the beach. The scenery was amazing. I would only recommend having some throw blankets in case guests are chilly sitting on the couch or when extra warmth is needed at night.

Very clean room with comfy beds, and friendly staff. My kids loved the pool! Wish they offered breakfast. Would stay there again!
