“This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Covington! We wanted a quick weekend getaway to relax/unwind and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was so fun visiting the horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats and chickens. We will definitely be back!”

“This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. “I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything for a smooth check-in and stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Athens area and would love to stay here again in the future!”

“The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.”

While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel.
