"Excellent room and hotel in general with pleasant staff however the food was very poor. Four star hotel but only offering poorly cooked pub food such as F&C, Scampi, Burgers, roast of the day etc.. nothing adventurous, no pasta, curries, no fresh fish although a few miles from the sea except fried ..."

The shower took 25 minutes to drain and, whilst we understand the logistics of old manor houses, if the plumbing is not up to standard then this ..."
