Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "Clean and up-scale design. Our room was small but nice. Although someone from our group had a different room type which apparently was not renovated. 5 minute shuttle (paid) from the airport, which is also useful to grab the malpensa express into the center of the city. Good breakfast, friendly staff."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, right next to the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was lovely, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The only unusual thing was the pool service — you couldn’t order snacks while sitting in the pool lounge area and had to be seated at a table instead. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
