“The imperial is a lovely big hotel with so much character &history,it has everything you need .Its clean lovely and warm and so homely ,staff all friendly and helpful ,they all work so hard to keep this hotel so nice nothing we didnt like about the hotel .would definitely recommend it and we would definitely come back . “I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem. Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great. “The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes.
