“Came for a 2 night stay, the breakfast was excellent, the guest house was ideally situated between the town centre and the Pleasure Beach. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and decorated well, there were lots of extras in the bedroom. They had there own private car park at a reasonable charge.”

“Definitely worth staying here, such a lovely host, great family atmosphere, the daughters are lovely too and help where they need to. Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too. ”

“Phoned hotel to ask about parking was told when we arrived that we would be able to have secured parking for £7 daily when we arrived was asked to park at the back of the hotel in a back alley where we had to dodge dog dirt
We booked a superior sea view room nothing superior about it desperately needs decorating very shabby
We only had a little blow heater on a chair for heating and no hot water for a shower asked the owner about the water he said run the tap for 10 minutes we did this still……
