“Q was immaculate, the room was finished to a very high standard, you get a very warm welcome from the owners an it would appear that nothing is too much trouble for them. Overall a very positive experience and we will definitely stay again.”

“This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!”

“I knew the hotel was old and would be dated which I was fine with, reminded me of the shining which I actually liked but the room itself I wasn’t impressed at all with. I paid extra for the better room thinking it would be slightly nicer as it says they were recently renovated but that was wrong. The paint was flaking off the walls and lying on the carpet. The windows were filthy and the bathroom was horrible and rusty too. The icing on the cake was the door not closing or locking and the staff……

“AVOID this hotel!!!! Just back from a 3 day stay at this hotel, although receptionists was friendly on arrival , I definitely won’t stay again bathroom in bedroom was newly refurbished and spotless though small, and sink was tiny no where to hang towels and no soap or toiletries provide when asked was told they would get us some soap still waiting , as I walked away I heard receptionist say to woman and child Standing why does she need soap , child replied to wash hands after being……

“We recently stayed at The Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool for two nights from Friday 3 July, and overall, we had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the whole experience felt very well organised. One of the first things that impressed us was how quick and efficient the check-in process was. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at around 11:30am. This made a big difference……
