“Outstanding stay. The hotel was spotless clean from the lobby to the room. The facilities were excellent and everything was maintained to a high standard. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main attractions.”

“Please avoid at all costs, hotel was definitely not as described, had ratings of 9 and exalent that's why we booked to be honest I think genuine ratings was maybe 2-3 and very disappointing, staff were quite rude mattersess was stained with urine /blood ect, someone had been sick in one of the rooms on the carpet witch had just been left to dry, when we asked to please change rooms wee were told we should be happy with room as they are a very bugit B&B. Was really dirty in corridors and……

“I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!”
