“I've been staying at the Delta pretty frequently in the past couple of months. Welp, today was not so pleasant. I was laying in bed, and thr fire alarm went off. Vocal instructions clearly said to evacuate and don't use the elevators. I gathered all my things and left the room. I took the stairs as instructed. But something seemed off. There was no urgency to evacuate the building from employees in the entire hotel. I ask the lady at the desk whats going on. She told me that its probably a……

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
