"Staff was super friendly and helpful! From the time we checked to out. Met three wonderful ladies! Room as super clean and smelled great too! Breakfast that was available has many options and was tasty and super convenient. Will def be patronizing this hotel again when in Jim Thorp area!! "

"Waited 6 hours for a room that I had to go 3 times to speak to the front desk as to why. There reasoning is housekeeping. How so? I should hv been reimbursed for the first night stay. Literally got my room almost 8pm from a 230 check in, "

"The staff were really nice but the hotel is dated. There were a couple of areas in my room that was not cleaned properly. The view from my room was excellent. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again. "

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and their friendliness really makes a difference. What really sets this place apart is the beautiful pool area and the fire pit—such a nice touch! It’s the perfect spot for us to unwind in the evening and spend quality time together. These little details make the stay feel extra special and memorable. What keeps us coming back is how reliable the experience is—we know we’re going to have a wonderful, stress-free stay every time. "Great location and wonderful staff. Even though the gentleman checking us in appeared to be the only staff member in the hotel at the time, he was very attentive. Breakfast was so so"

"I had specifically chosen this property because it had the Bistro because I was traveling with my parents who are in their 80’s. I figured it would be better for them to not have to get in and out of car for dinner and breakfast. When we checked in a sign was posted that Bistro was closed because someone called in sick. When I mentioned my disappointment the front desk attendant did apologize. The next morning when I went down to get coffee their was a lovely young lady giving out coffee free of charge because the kitchen was closed again due to someone calling out and she told me she didn’t have keys to open any rooms that had the food in it for easy to grab food. I went to front desk to ask about local places to get breakfast for my parents and the gentleman at front desk shrugged his shoulders and recommended Dunkin. Zero effort to try and help me find someplace close by and easy to get to with my parents. The rooms were lovely and clean but just disappointed in staffs willingness to even help recommend options. "
