“I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a very sad rundown motel, the room was tiny and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall and the bathroom door couldn't close. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle, there was not even a paper cup to get a cup of water! The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two very flat pillows. There was no table and no chairs to sit on and to top it all there were no batteries in the TV remote! I……

“It's Expedia's fault. Expedia sent me notice of a reservation when there was none. They were full and I had to stay at a nearby motel with no amenities at full price.”

“We stayed at this motel for two nights. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were on the lower floor right beside the staircase. The room was fairly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My only concern was with the security of the door - it is only locked with the turn lock style on the handle and there are no other locking features. The shower/tub could use a bar of some sort since the tub wall is quite high and the floor and the tub are quite slippery when wet. Staff were very……

“The hotel would only take two night reservations for that weekend. We found out it was because there was a baseball tournament going on in town. So there were hundreds of screaming children running through the halls and playing on the elevators. We were on the 3rd floor where there was duct tape holding the carpet together and damaged furniture in the rooms. We always love staying here when we visit Chatham and we have never been placed in a room so run down.”

“The elevatie makes 24 hours a terrible Noise, so we could not sleep, after 3 days we move to another room. The breakfast was bad, an the room was only cleaned once in 5 days. So really disapointed. And expensiv, we paid $1800,-can dollars for 5 nights. The bastion and beds where good.”
