“Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests. We complained and were moved to another room, but received a queen bed instead of the king we booked. The second room still smelled of cigarettes, and……

The sheets didn't look clean, there was only 1 thin towel in the bathroom with a tiny soap bar for amenities. They did give us more cheap towels & soap when we asked. The toilet bowl had a ring inside - looks like it wasn't cleaned in weeks. We had to sanitize everything before we could touch anything. “I booked this hotel because the pictures looked quite nice, and chatGBT recommended it. I checked in after a long day. Location was a little strange and the parking situation wasn’t great. The hotel is surrounded by a high volume of unhoused people as well as obvious drug use. I was a solo traveler and felt very uncomfortable. The lobby’s first impression was a very old and musty smell. They had stations with refreshments ( not that they invited guests to help themselves). They have a code……
