“Very clean, breakfast was excellent”

“Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, but when we entered the room, we were shocked. There was a strong cigarette smell, a dirty floor, exposed electrical sockets, and a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The room clearly did not look ready or safe for guests. We complained and were moved to another room, but received a queen bed instead of the king we booked. The second room still smelled of cigarettes, and……

“We splurged and spent the last week of summer at the hard rock Hotel in London Ontario before school started with our two kids, aged three and 11, and we had an absolute blast! The bunkbed suite is worth all the rage! The food in the restaurant was yummy, and the poolside service even better! All the kids amenities attached to the hotel are incredible!”

“I booked this hotel because the pictures looked quite nice, and chatGBT recommended it. I checked in after a long day. Location was a little strange and the parking situation wasn’t great. The hotel is surrounded by a high volume of unhoused people as well as obvious drug use. I was a solo traveler and felt very uncomfortable. The lobby’s first impression was a very old and musty smell. They had stations with refreshments ( not that they invited guests to help themselves). They have a code……
