"I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest. "The Aqua Blue need to work on their maintenance program. This was not our first stay at the Aqua Blue. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. IE: door not closing properly due to hinge coming unscrewed, stains in rugs, chair and chaise in room outdated and worn. Although the staff and location were great, they would need to do make some major changes for us to stay there again."

"Got this as a gift for our anniversary. This is really a wedding venue and most folks seem to stay for the wedding and are up late and making noise and then out the next day. We had a 2 night stay - no room cleaning service for the price. We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. Place is somewhat old and so you hear everything. At 10:45 when they are still chatting at wine bar and then when revelers come...
