"The location is good, we stayed to assist a event on the World Trade Center Veracruz and it was really close by, with malls near by as well. However the hotel is not clear when we booked it stated breakfast was included However at the place they told us that the included breakfast was only tea and bread. We opted to have breakfast outside most of the days since we would have to pay it anyway. The rooms were clean but you can hear the outside noise. The staff is nice the valet parking and the parking on site is really safe. "

"Clean room, but they didn’t gave our rooms at the check in time its was almost 2 hours after, but at the next morning they were knocking at the door 10 minutes before the check out so yeah that was horrible "

"It was ok, it's an old hotel, the shower had no hot water and it was kind of hard to get in the bathtub. The water leaked everywhere from the shower to the floor and outside to the si I area. Towels looked gray, not white. They were very old and didn't look very clean because of the grayish colour. "
