Looks very pleasant from the outside, smallish car park to the rear, but quite a pretty beer garden. Told 3 hours before arriving at the property that they had a " function" the following night and there would probably be music until midnight and would that be a problem ? Had to accept it, as it was far too late to arrange other accomodation. The music did indeed go on to midnight. Overall the staff were pleasant, especially the ladies who cleaned the room. As in previous reviews, some of the rooms need a little TLC. The bottom part of the one bed was still broken ( mentioned in another couple of reviews). THe beds were comfy. The bathroom was fine, but the overhead shower was slow, I don't have a power shower at home, but mine is faster. Spotless bedroom and ensuite. Cooked breakfast good but we missed muesli fruit and yogurt which were not provided. Coupled with an excellent food offering. Hotel is just in need of some updates and TLC. I know this is not an easy task in our uncertain economic climate.
