“We booked a deluxe room with a deep bath and a queen bed. They gave us a ro with a shower and 2 single beds. The AC didn't work neither the TV. We asked for another room. They sent us to a new room without a bath and still with 2 single bed. At the end of our stay, they charged us 5euros due to city taxes, even though we had already paid taxes... I wouldn't come back ”
