“When you book a standard king room, the picture shown is NOT the room you are actually getting. The room shown has vinyl flooring and new updated furniture. The room you get is extremely outdated with dirty furniture, gross rug and old bedding. There is no elevator and your rooms are accessed outdoors. Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast area was not well maintained with overflowing trash and dirty tables. After dark outside going to our room, I did not feel safe with people hanging outside. ……

“When we got to the hotel. The pool, hot tub and sauna were not working the whole weekend, our shower didn't work, our window was leaking and the food worker was very disrespectful, my grandmother is disabled so she couldn't walk all the way to the breakfast area, I asked for a box for her and they refused and said she'd have to walk down if she wanted breakfast. The beds were super comfy tho!”

“clean room: yes, odd smell upon entering the room, the walk-in bathroom setup was very helpful, including the shower chairs, bars, etc. the bed was comfortable though the tall height of the bed made it difficult to get in bed comfortably/easily. the staff: the man who checked me in was helpful, the woman in the morning did not understand me when I asked to add another night; and called several times to try to understand what I wanted. Parking: the parking lot was ok; but getting into the……
