“We came down to Fallbrook to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and I am not exaggerating when I say everyone had such a blast! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and Carlos and Xophe were amazing hosts and very communicative to ensure our stay went smoothly. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy, and so many fun activities in the house. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Overall, we were not super impressed with this property. It is not well maintained, the yards both in front and back are full of weeds and just did not look like the pictures. The garage is in a state of complete disarray. The rooms were well decorated but the master bedroom bed was awful, so lumpy and uncomfortable. Very minimal supplies as far as dishes and cookware. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels, which was very disappointing when we’re staying for almost a week. They request……

“This house is a great place for a relaxing wine tasting weekend! It was a quick drive to the wineries. Our group also enjoyed just spending time at the house. We loved having dinner at the round table all together. We were short a few bath towels, but we made it work with the other towels on the property. Otherwise, everything was just as the property listing detailed. Strongly recommend! ”

“Our stay was AWESOME! Our large family was able to be accommodated. We enjoyed playing pickle ball on the tennis courts. The cool nights were warmed by the spa. The hot days we cooled off in the pool, and we walked the gorgeous lit up grounds at night. Thank you for a wonderful time.”
