"If you have reason to visit Fallbrook, a stay in Kim’s guesthouse is convenient and pleasant. The decor is just as pictured. Let it be known that you can hear people above you but they keep very sensible hours. We would be happy to stay again. "

"Our stay was amazing! We were in town for a friend's wedding so we were pretty busy and did not use the pool but wish we had the time. The cottage itself was secluded and quiet. The views were gorgeous! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only did some minor cooking. Luann, the host, was so sweet and provided us some great recommendations for restaurants. If we would visit the area again, I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to others. "

"Probably one of the best Vrbo's we have stayed. Being able to park in and utilize the garage is a huge convenience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They had all the little things that help ease a stay (soaps, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc...). The community pool was very nice, with a hot tub and nice seating area. Even a bbq!
