“Home was very clean, but extremely small and the view isn’t direct. Our view was blocked by another onsite building. Not worth the price I’m afraid, but lovely location. Parking on the street”

“The property was perfect for our needs. Check in was simple, everything was clean, organized and easy to find in the house. The listing did not indicate that this is part of a four unit complex (on the ground level) but the neighbors were quiet and didn't disturb us. We never did find easy walking access to the beach, however there are several beaches within a short driving distance so we were still able to enjoy some ocean time. We really loved all of the beautiful trees and flowers in the……

“We had a nice stay and our host was excellent. Very good at communication and a seamless easy check in. The place was clean, cute, a little less nice than what the picture represents but great access to the beach.”

“Really cool spot in the middle of everything. I walked for coffee and breakfast every morning and plenty of spots to check out for dinner also. Even a gym in walking distance. Being able to hear the waves all day and night was awesome! I do recommend backing thru the tunnel to make for an easier exit.”

“This is the perfect family vacation location. A beautiful and fully furnished condo. It has everything you need in the ideal location. The host, Kim, is responsive and helpful! We highly recommend a stay here!”

“Great location, close to the water with stunning ocean views. We enjoyed sitting of the balcony and watching the sunset or the waves each day. The unit is small but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable although the sofa bed was less so. The only difficulty was getting out of the enclosed parking lot, which took a lot of maneuvering in a small space when other cars were there.”

“Our stay was great. The only reason I couldn’t give a five star review is the bed were as hard as rocks. If you guys upgrade the best to be more comfortable, you will have one of the best locations in the area.”

“The Omni property is absolutely stunning! It’s extremely well maintained and a true resort. Our unit was also perfect and well equipped. I travel often to Encinitas to visit my daughter and will definitely be staying there again. ”

“The property is precisely as advertised… What you don’t know from the listing is that Nick was an amazing host. It’s hard to be the client in the vacation rental and I suspect it’s hard to be the host as well but Nick made it feel more like I was renting from an old college buddy and he really cared whether we were happy staying in his beach house.”

“Delightful little place with non-stop ocean sounds. Great view, comfortable. Close enough to walk to places (including public transportation) but far enough down the Strand that you’re not in the midst of beach and pier chaos.”

“Overall, very comfortable studio condo: very clean, nice furniture, and pretty well stocked kitchen. Resort complex is beautiful, meticulously maintained and lovely pool. Balcony is deceptively small and not really very user friendly. Hot water was also minimal. It is located near the main resort entrance, so a bit nosey for me....lots of landscaping maintenance, but great for the property. ”
