The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It offers free parking and free breakfast, which was very convenient.
The location was great, close to attractions and activities (animators).
The room was quiet, there was no noise at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I experience a plus that it rain the night I stayed and I was able to hear the raindrops (amazing experience)
I would definitely stay here again.

I had 2 rooms reserved upon arrival was only provided with one, resulting in sharing room with another couple.
In the Restaurant waited 2 hours for a Salmon and chicken cutlets.
Breakfast was only served once itwms were never replenished during the duration of breakfast hours.
The only thing that made the stay worth it was Manuela, she went above and beyond in an attempt to make the stay more pleasant.

Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there ...
