“Grear location. Nousy yoy can hear bar band next door alk nught. Starts at 10pm goes until 2am. Not a quiet sound but full on loud rock. Then people drag raced up and down side streets til 3 am this was both Friday night and Daturday night. Aluminum rooof during rain storm incribily loud as well. Location and space fabulous. But if you're liiking for a good night sleep uninterrupted this may not be the best place.”
