“Overall a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, quiet, and met our needs. It looked just like the pictures online. Small but comfortable. Just know the bedroom is in the loft and the bathroom is downstairs. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch and listening to the birds after a day of hiking at Dinosaur Valley or Cleburne State Parks. Or shopping in town or up in Granbury. There is no WiFi which we knew ahead of time. The hosts were wonderful about responding back to us in a……

“The place is very nice and cozy. There was an issue with check in as to the house was not ready even after our check in time. The cleaning could have been better. Found left over food in the oven from previous person. Also there was paw prints on floor and there was hair on the bed sheets along with stains. Other than those issues the place was quaint and cozy. Nice place to decompress and relax.”

“The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly.”
