Perfect location; we were close enough to town to pop over and grab some stuff, but also far enough away to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was clean and amenities great! The host was lovely, everything is perfectly laid out for you! And they’re always just a phone away. This spot is definitely our new favorite!!! ”

“The cabin and grounds were as described. Highwway noise was ridiculous as thr cabins are right on the highway. Communication from the host was non existent. Had to email for checkin directions as did others”

“Cabin was fine. First one we were assigned to had not been cleaned as the bathroom was dirty and the bed had been slept in. They were able to move us to another cabin”

“The house was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Upstairs bathroom has a little bit to be desired! Way too small. Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. ”

“River access was great. My dughter loved the petting area at the barnyard on site. The property was far enough out to provide camping ambiance while still withing great distance to everything in town. Clint at the front desk was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. If you rent a cabin i would suggest you bring a fan for the loft area as it tends to get warm up there. We will definitely be returning.”

“The Grandkids (6 & 8) had a great time exploring the farm and feeding the animals. They also enjoyed Big Rocks Park, the Wild Animal Park and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. The Carriage House was quaint and fun, but would have been better with dish towels and more kitchen dishes/utensils. Also, The bedroom is crowded for 4. There was also no water pressure when we arrived because a hose had been left on in the farm area. That was solved relatively quickly.”
